| Stall Assignment |

Stall assignments will be made on first-come-first serve basis. Exhibitors may mention their preferred stall numbers, but the organising
committee shall have exclusive rights to assign the stall locations. |
| How to Participate |
| Registration form, duly filled in along with full payment must be sent to Exhibition Secretariat within dateline. Space booking or any other registration will be made after payment is received. |
| Stall Installation |
| Triune (Pte) Ltd. will be the official contractor for stall installation. All information along with stall design to be sent to Exhibition Secretariat no later than 25 October, 2008. |

Official Exhibitors Guide |
|
Official exhibitors guide will be published on the occasion, on the basis of information furnished by Exhibitors. The Exhibitors are required to submit the details they wish to get published in the guide within 15 October, 2008.

Import of Exhibits |
Import permission has been obtained from the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh for duty free import of all exhibits of Medexpo 2008 subject to re-export of those, after Exhibition is over.

Cancellation of Stall Booking
|
Cancellation of stall booking may be made in writing before 15 October, 2008. 50% of the stall registration fees will be deducted for cancellation. No cancellation request will be entertained after the dateline.

| Removal of Exhibits |
| No removal or delivery of exhibition materials in or out of the exhibition hall during the exhibition period without prior permission from the exhibition authorities. |

Liabilities and Insurance
|
|
Medexpo 2008 will not be liable for loss or damage of any exhibit. Exhibitors are advised to insure their exhibits against theft, loss or damage, including the risk at fire.

|
Accommodation
|
|
Accommodation has been arranged at special discounted rates for all foreign participants and delegates. One night's deposite is required to guarantee reservation. Contact Exhibition Secretariat for details.
|
|
Transportation |
|
Transportation between Airport-Hotel-Airport will be provided to all foreign exhibitors, delegates and media personnel. To avail the opportunity, incoming and outgoing flight schedules are to be provided well in advance to the Medexpo Secretariat. Transport between Hotel-Fairground-Hotel will also be provided complimentary on a fixed schedule.

Security |
|
Stringent security measures will be taken to protect the exhibition venue by the Medexpo and Hotel Management and assistance would also be sought from the law enforcing agencies of Govt. as well.
|
|
Logistics |
|
Logistics support viz. Telephone, Fax, E-mail, Photocopy, Photography and Sales staff or Stall attendants will be available during the exhibition on payment with prior requisition.
