All payments must be made in favor of 'The Bangladesh Monitor' through Standard Chartered Bank, Main Branch, Dhaka, Bangladesh favouring Account No. 01-1183818-01, Swift Code: SCBLBDDX, vide Bank Draft/Bank Transfer . Bank Transfer costs are on the part of the sender.

Stall Assignment
|
|
Stall assignments will be made on first-come-first serve basis. Exhibitors may mention their preferred stall numbers, but the organizing committee shall have exclusive rights to assign the stall locations.
|
Removal of Exhibits
|
|
|
No removal or delivery of exhibition materials in or out of the exhibition hall during the open hours of the exhibition, shall be permitted.
|
Accommodation
|
|
Accommodation has been arranged on discounted rates for all foreign participants and delegates. One night's deposite is required to guarantee reservation. For further information Contact DTM-2009 Secretariat.
|
Transportation
|
|
|
Transfers between Airport-Hotel-Airport will be provided to all foreign exhibitors and delegates. To avail this opportunity, incoming and outgoing flight schedules are to be provided well in advance. Transportation between Hotel-Fairground-Hotel will also be provided complimentary on a fixed schedule.

Official Exhibitors Guide
|
|
|
Official exhibitors guide will be published on the basis of information furnished by the Exhibitors. The Exhibitors are required to submit those details, they wish to get published within February 28, 2009.
|
Cancellation of Stall Booking |
|
Cancellation of stall booking may be made in writing only latest by February 28, 2009. 50% of the stall registration fees will be deducted for cancellation. No cancellation request will be entertained after the dateline.

Liabilities and Insurance
|
|
|
DTM-2009 will not be liable for loss or damage of any item. Exhibitors are advised to insure their exhibits against theft, loss or damage, including the risk at fire.
|
Security
|
|
|
Exhibition hall security will be provided by DTM -2009 during exhibition period.
|
Logistics
|
|
|
Logistics support viz. Telephone, Fax, E-mail, Photocopy, Photography and Sales staff or Stall attendants will be available during the exhibition on payment with prior requisition.
|
|
|
